Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school; active bar membership in good standing (Arizona preferred)
• 2+ years dedicated to Business-Based Immigration Law
• Arizona-based (Phoenix area) for in-person client interviews
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts simply to executives
• Experience with L-1A/L-1B, EB-1C, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-3 PERM, E-2, O-1 preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients, explain the value of our services, and help qualified prospects decide to hire the firm—building trust.
• Handle strategy, drafting, and filings across employment-based immigration categories and prepare clients for USCIS interviews.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and client dinners; build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Represent the firm at high-level business events and contribute to webinars or educational content.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand clients' broader business goals and provide honest guidance.
