Job summary

New Frontier Immigration Law, based in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a strategic Business Immigration Attorney to grow a client-facing practice serving international entrepreneurs and companies expanding into the United States. Ideal candidates combine strong legal skill with warmth, polish, and a client-first approach.

You will independently run high-value consultations, develop strategies, manage client relationships, and represent the firm at international events while growing new systems and markets

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years dedicated to Business-Based Immigration Law.
• Arizona-based for in-person client interviews (Phoenix area).
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to executives without jargon.
• Willingness to travel to Phoenix, AZ and international events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and develop business, building trust with prospects.
• Lead case strategy and execution across L-1A/L-1B, EB-1C, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-3 PERM, E-2, O-1 and related processes.
• Manage relationships with clients, referral partners, and international travel as needed.
• Represent the firm at high-level business events and contribute to webinars, podcasts, or content.
• Advise clients on strategic paths and provide honest, big-picture guidance.
• Ensure premium, high-touch client service and collaborate with the legal support team.
