Job summary

Envoy Global is seeking an Account Executive-Legal Vertical to help organizations solve workforce challenges by partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Mobility leaders. This role suits former immigration attorneys who excel in consultative sales, stakeholder management, and strategic business value delivery.

You will drive new business opportunities, manage a consultative process, and collaborate with affiliate law offices, product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business immigration law experience advising corporate clients.
• Experience advising HR, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Legal teams.
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration programs, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, global mobility, and compliance matters.
• A demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping organizations solve workforce challenges through innovative solutions.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for revenue growth in a solution-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and educating them on Envoy Global's immigration and mobility solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales process from discovery through closing.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Global Mobility, and executive stakeholders to understand workforce planning and immigration challenges.
• Conduct compelling presentations, demos, and business discussions.
• Translate complex immigration-related risks and regulatory considerations into clear business solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with our affiliate law office, product, marketing, and customer success teams to create exceptional client experiences.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators.
• Stay informed on workforce trends, immigration developments, and talent acquisition challenges affecting clients.
