Envoy Global is seeking an Account Executive - Legal Vertical to join our Sales team. Based in Chicago or remote within the US, you will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Mobility leaders to drive immigration solutions and strategic workforce initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in business immigration law, a proven client advisory track record, and the ability to translate regulatory complexity into actionable business outcomes. Remote-friendly with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business immigration law experience supporting corporate clients.
• Experience advising HR, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Legal teams.
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration programs, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, global mobility, and compliance matters.
• A demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
• A desire to apply their immigration expertise in a revenue-generating, growth-oriented environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping organizations solve workforce challenges through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and educating them on Envoy Global's immigration and mobility solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales process from discovery through closing.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Global Mobility, and executive stakeholders to understand workforce planning and immigration challenges.
• Conduct compelling presentations, demos, and business discussions.
• Translate complex immigration-related risks and regulatory considerations into clear business solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with our affiliate law office, product, marketing, and customer success teams to create exceptional client experiences.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators.
• Stay informed on workforce trends, immigration developments, and talent acquisition challenges affecting clients.
