Responsibilities

• Lead and own Manifest's corporate immigration practice for employer clients - H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2, and broader spectrum - with growth, quality, and profitability accountability
• Own enterprise client relationships and large-scale program management
• Drive business development and marketing for your practice, growing existing accounts and bringing in new ones
• Build and lead a team: hire, develop, and uphold Manifest's standard across consultations and case production
• Use Manifest's AI-powered platform as a performance multiplier for your team
• Own pod profitability directly: compensation tied to the health of the practice you run
