Job summary

Manifest Law, a fast-growing AI-native immigration firm, seeks experienced immigration attorneys to handle high-stakes EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A cases. This is contract case production, paid per case, with no benefits or PTO, and remote work from anywhere.

You will manage 35-40 active matters, own client relationships, and use Manifest OS and AI tools to move matters efficiently. Solo practitioners welcome; independence and professional autonomy are valued.

Qualifications

• JD and active U.S. bar admission.
• Minimum 3 years as practicing immigration attorney.
• Experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, H-1B, or family-based matters.
• Strong writing and client-management skills.
• Ability to work independently on production-based, contract cases.

Responsibilities

• Build and carry immigration cases through milestones with second-chair review.
• Maintain a 34-40 case workload with own scheduling.
• Own client relationships from intake to filing.
• Utilize Manifest's AI tools to streamline workflow.
• Work exclusively with Manifest and coordinate with consulting associates.
