Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and own Manifest's corporate immigration practice for employer clients, with growth, quality, and profitability accountability.
Own enterprise client relationships and program management that define the practice.
Drive business development and marketing for the practice, expanding existing accounts and new ones.
Build and lead a team: hire, develop, and uphold Manifest's standards.
Use Manifest's AI-powered platform as a performance multiplier for the team.
Own pod profitability directly.
