Manifest Law is hiring a Mid-Senior Level Associate to guide clients through high-stakes immigration matters with ownership from handoff to final submission. You will work across a range of cases (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, PERM) and may focus on your specialty with autonomy, supported by Manifest OS.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission are required.
• Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, PERM).
• Clear, confident communication explaining complex legal concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through key decisions and own matters from handoff to final submission.
• Work on diverse immigration matters or focus on specialty areas with autonomy.
• Assess prospects and set expectations in a strategic consulting capacity.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with paralegals on document collection and filing logistics.
• Advise on petition strategy, RFE responses, and compliance obligations, including employer accounts.
