Manifest Law is an AI-native immigration firm offering a fully remote, contract case‑production model. You will lead high‑stakes EB‑1A, EB‑2 NIW, and O‑1A matters from handoff to filing, with a Managing Attorney’s review before submission.

You’ll carry a full caseload (roughly 35–40 active matters) and own the client relationship end‑to‑end. You’ll work exclusively for Manifest, using its AI tools to drive case progress and client service, with compensation paid per case.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. bar admission required.
• 3+ years of practicing attorney experience with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, H-1B or family-based matters.
• Strong writing and client-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and carry immigration cases (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A) through milestones with second-chair review.
• Manage a full caseload (roughly 35–40 active matters) with autonomy over schedule.
• Own the client relationship from start to finish and keep clients informed.
• Utilize Manifest’s AI tools and case-context hub to maximize case progress and reduce coordination.
• Work exclusively with Manifest for the duration of engagement; consultations handled by Manifest’s associates.
