Manifest Law, one of the country's leading AI-native immigration firms, is seeking experienced immigration attorneys for a long-term, remote Co-Counsel role. This independent-contractor engagement pays per case, with no benefits, and offers a full-time caseload of 34-40 matters.

You'll manage EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A cases end-to-end, own client relationships, and leverage Manifest OS AI tools to maximize case production. Compensation aligns with volume, approximately $140K–$190K+ annually.

Qualifications

• J.D. or LLM and active U.S. bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a practicing attorney with high-volume hands-on work in EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A extraordinary ability cases, H-1B, or family- and marriage-based matters.
• Rigor, ownership, and strong writing across extraordinary-ability and high-skilled petition work.
• Client-management polish: you own the relationship, not just the file.
• The ability to take a matter from a clean handoff to completion without being managed.
• Comfort with a 1099 independent-contractor engagement and a full-time caseload.
• Bonus: experience with other casetypes a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and carry immigration cases — EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A — through milestones with second-chair review before filing.
• Carry a full production caseload — roughly 34-40 active matters at a time.
• Own the client relationship through the life of each case with proactive updates.
• Use Manifest's AI tools and technology to maximize case-advancing work.
• Engage for the duration as a Co-Counsel; intake consultations handled by Manifest associates.
