Job summary

TekWissen Group has a temporary remote assignment for an Imaging Engineer / Field Service Technician based in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on imaging equipment installation, service and maintenance in a field setting, with a 12‑month duration and shift flexibility.

You will become a subject-matter expert in the PACE platform, documenting work, tracking parts, and recording time. After hyper care, opportunities for transition to a Customer Service Engineer role may arise in the local region.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or college, or military experience in a related technical field.
• Strong technical/electrical background required.
• Biomedical, med tech, or similar hands-on technical experience is a plus.
• Open to entry level candidates with technical training or military transitions.

Responsibilities

• Service Imaging Equipment in the assigned metro area.
• Install, service, maintain and modify Clients imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Be the Face of Clients to the customer and communicate effectively.
• Support a variety of diagnostic imaging equipment and troubleshoot.
• Learn and implement the PACE platform and participate in hyper care as needed.
