Job summary

Philips is seeking a Remote Service Engineer for the IGT-S line, working remotely in the United States. You will provide telephone and remote technical support, perform diagnostics, and guide field partners to resolve issues with Philips IGT systems.

With 2+ years in imaging service, you will apply electronic, mechanical, and networking knowledge to install, diagnose, and repair equipment. A remote-based role combines office/home office, flexible hours, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a diagnostic imaging service environment (field or hospital-based).
• Experience with Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Azurion/Allura systems is required.
• Electronics knowledge and ability to install, diagnose and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and remote technical support to healthcare customers.
• Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting using Philips tools.
• Escalate product issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Resolve issues remotely to avoid dispatching field service engineers where possible.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat.
