Job summary

Philips is seeking a Remote Service Engineer to deliver fast diagnostics and issue resolution for healthcare customers and field teams. You will provide remote technical support and escalation management to minimize onsite visits.

You should have 5+ years of remote software system experience, solid SQL and Windows Server skills, and a technical associate degree or higher. This field role may require travel and strong teamwork.

• Ability to perform remote diagnostics and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and diagnostics to healthcare customers and field partners using remote access tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries as a Philips representative with timely troubleshooting.
• Resolve service issues using internal tools, systems and knowledge resources.
• Escalate complex product issues to higher-level support for resolution.
• Utilize remote capabilities to minimize onsite service dispatch.
