Job summary

Philips is seeking a Remote Service Engineer for the IGT-S line to provide telephone and remote diagnostic support to healthcare customers and field partners from a remote-based position. You will diagnose issues with remote access tools, escalate for field action as needed, and apply best practices to resolve problems quickly, while maintaining strong customer interaction.

This role requires 2+ years in diagnostic imaging service, electronics background, and the ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a diagnostic imaging service environment.
• IGT Azurion/Alllura experience and training required.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime and on-call.
• Ability to work from home and clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and remote diagnostic support to healthcare customers.
• Utilize remote tools to diagnose, resolve, and escalate issues.
• Escalate product issues for higher level support when needed.
• Apply best practices and contribute to process improvements.
