Job summary

You bring 4+ years in diagnostic imaging service, hands-on electrical, mechanical, and networking knowledge, and an Associate Degree in electronics (BSEE/BSEET preferred). Travel up to 70% with occasional overnights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment (field or hospital-based).
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment; knowledge of tools/test equipment.
• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by managing expectations and commitments.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Complete administrative duties such as timesheets, service work orders, PMs, FCOs, and installation docs.
