Job summary

Philips is seeking a Remote Service Engineer to act as the frontline remote technical expert, delivering rapid diagnostics and issue resolution for healthcare customers and field teams while reducing onsite service through advanced troubleshooting and escalation management.

This field role requires providing remote diagnostics via remote access technologies, responding as a Philips representative, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support while leveraging internal tools to resolve

Qualifications

5+ years of remote software system experience with SQL and Windows Server environments.
Background in computer networking and technical solutions authoring.
Associates degree or higher, technical discipline preferred.
Must meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements for a Field Service role.
Team player with ability to work with Philips products.

Responsibilities

Provide remote diagnostics and issue resolution for healthcare customers and field teams.
Respond to inquiries as a Philips representative and deliver timely troubleshooting support.
Escalate complex product issues to higher-level support and coordinate resolutions.
Utilize remote capabilities to reduce onsite service dispatch.
