Job summary

Amgen seeks an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager focused on IgG4-RD to represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals. You will drive disease and product education, build strategic account plans, and coordinate with case management, medical affairs, and patient access teams to optimize patient care.

The role requires deep clinical knowledge, strong communication, and a proven track record in oncology/biotech sales, with the ability to navigate a matrix organization

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales
• Experience promoting products to physicians and health care professionals
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment with multiple internal partners
• Strong communication and presentation skills to educate clinicians

Responsibilities

• Represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals
• Develop and execute total territory account plans to meet sales goals
• Provide disease information and education to medical professionals and external customers
• Utilize resources and programs to address knowledge gaps and improve patient care
• Navigate the healthcare landscape to identify opportunities across organizations
• Build relationships with local, regional, and national key opinion leaders
• Maintain high-level knowledge of IgG4-RD disease area and therapies
• Use consultative selling to meet clinicians' needs within compliance standards
