Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Informatica IDMC Administrator to manage and sustain Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environments. The role focuses on platform stability, production workload monitoring, and supporting releases across multiple environments.

You will work with business and IT teams, contribute to governance, and provide on-call support for major releases while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in production support or platform administration with IDMC.
• Hands-on experience with IDMC and Informatica Secure Agents upgrades.
• Understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-based support.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication in SLA-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain IDMC environments, including agents.
• Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot incidents, ensure platform stability.
• Support deployments across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production.
• Perform pre/post-deployment validations for releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide weekend/on-call support for major events.
