Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management leader to own delivery of access control across our platform. You will partner with PMs, define a customer-centric roadmap, and guide architectural decisions while growing a high-performing team.

You will work across security, compliance, and engineering to ensure reliability and governance. This role is remote, with global collaboration across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PM to assess customer needs, co-create the roadmap, and own delivery.
• Balance investments with customer requests for a predictable delivery cadence.
• Guide architectural decisions and design in evolving granular access control framework.
• Hire and onboard engineers; evolve team's norms and delivery cadence.
• Monitor SLOs, SLAs, and health of production systems to meet reliability goals.
• Collaborate with security and compliance partners on reviews, audits, and commitments.
