Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Accelerator Architect to drive the success of Machine Identity Security solutions for global enterprise customers. You will deploy our platform and services, partner with account teams, and guide customers through cloud and DevOps practices while reducing risk and governance complexity.

You will work across geographies in a remote-capable role, collaborating with PANW teams and customers to deliver scalable, secure identity management outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years consulting in large enterprise IT environments.
• Strong business acumen with ability to articulate solutions to customers.
• Extensive automation experience for Machine Identity Management (MIM).
• Proficiency in scripting and APIs for automation: PowerShell, Python, JavaScript.
• Hands-on with containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Excellent communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Deep PKI knowledge including standards and enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Work in a focused team protecting large enterprises with Machine Identity Security solutions.
• Translate customer MIM needs into effective business and technical outcomes.
• Lead specialized workshops to demonstrate the Machine Identity Security Platform.
• Evaluate business processes, propose improvements, and track MIM program success.
• Act as a dedicated advocate and SME across multiple customer accounts.
• Document patterns and blueprints to guide developers and cloud teams.
• Maintain strong collaboration with PANW teams, partners, and customers.
