Renasant Bank seeks a senior Identity Access & User Rights Review Manager to lead the enterprise UAR program. You will drive IAM governance, manage a team of analysts, and coordinate with Risk Management, Information Security, Internal Audit and business leaders to ensure policy-aligned access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in IAM, IT risk, info security, or IT audit in financial services.
• Experience leading teams and programs with strong governance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FFIEC, GLBA, SOX ITGC, NIST CSF).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise User Access Review program and recertification cycles for critical apps and data.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with Audit, Compliance, Risk, and IT to address findings and regulatory expectations.
• Produce executive reports on program health for Risk Committee.
