Job summary

Renasant Bank seeks an Identity Access & User Rights Review Manager to lead our enterprise IAM program, ensuring timely recertifications for critical systems and data. You will drive policy development, oversee campaigns, and coordinate with risk, security, and audit teams to address findings.

You will manage a team of analysts, translate regulatory requirements into executable programs, and report program health to senior leadership while advancing automation and integration with identity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of identity and access management, IT risk, information security or IT audit within financial services.
• Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience.
• Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the enterprise User Access Review program, including recertification cycles for critical apps and data.
• Develop, maintain and enhance IAM policies, procedures and standards.
• Oversee multiple recertification campaigns across units and platforms.
• Identify, escalate and remediate access violations and SoD conflicts.
• Coach and develop Identity Access Analysts.
