Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an IAM leader who will partner with product managers to define roadmaps, own delivery, and balance customer needs with scalable architecture. You will guide architectural decisions, hire and coach engineers, and ensure security and reliability across dashboards, APIs, and data stores.

You will work closely with security and compliance partners, manage SLOs/SLAs, and drive a culture of accountability across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with PM to assess customer needs, co‑create roadmap, and own delivery.
• Balance large investments with frequent customer requests to maintain velocity.
• Guide architecture and design for granular access control framework.
• Hire, onboard, and coach engineers; evolve norms and cadence.
• Monitor SLOs/SLAs and system health to meet reliability goals.
• Collaborate with security and compliance on reviews, audits, and commitments.
