Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Accelerator Architect to drive success of Machine Identity Security solutions for global enterprise customers. You will deploy our software platform and services, serving as a customer advocate and subject matter expert across automation, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.

You will collaborate with account teams to simplify governance, reduce risk, and guide organizations through modern workflows while strengthening overall security posture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years consulting in large-scale enterprise IT environments.
• Identify critical business problems and articulate effective solutions to customers.
• Automating Machine Identity Management using MIM platforms, APIs, and connectors.
• Scripting and APIs for automation (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Jenkins.
• Strong presentation and written communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Deep PKI knowledge in technology, standards, and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a focused team to protect the world's largest organizations using Machine Identity Security solutions.
• Translate and deliver customers' MIM needs effectively.
• Prepare and deliver specialized solution workshops
• Evaluate existing business processes, propose improvements, and track MIM program success.
• Ensure success of multiple customer accounts as dedicated advocate.
• Document patterns and blueprints for developers and cloud teams.
• Maintain close collaboration with PANW teams, partners, and customers.
