gpac is partnering with a premier defense litigation law firm seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing Idaho team. This is a fully remote role open to residents of Idaho, with a focus on civil defense practice and client development.

The ideal candidate has a Idaho bar license and at least 2+ years defending civil litigation matters in Idaho, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to travel for depositions and court appearances.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse portfolio of civil litigation defense case files from inception to resolution.
• Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and court personnel.
• Travel for depositions, court appearances, site inspections, and trials.
• Participate in trial proceedings, mediations, and hearings.
• Engage in marketing and business development activities to foster client relationships.
