Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Idaho team. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere within Idaho while collaborating with our Missoula office.

Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years defending civil litigation matters in Idaho, with strong writing and research skills, and the ability to manage case files independently. Idaho bar admission is required, and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Idaho is required.
• Ability to independently manage case files.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Interest in marketing and client development.
• Ability to travel is required; and, trial experience preferred.
