Hall & Evans, LLC seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Associate to join our Idaho team. This fully remote role allows work from anywhere in Idaho while collaborating with our Missoula office on defense of civil matters.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years defending civil litigation in Idaho, excellent writing, research, and communication skills, and the ability to manage case files independently with a willingness to travel as needed. Idaho bar license is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Idaho.
• 2+ years defending civil litigation in Idaho.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Defend civil litigation cases in Idaho and collaborate with Missoula office.
• Manage case files independently and communicate with clients.
