Job summary

24-MAG LLC seeks a part-time consulting professional with hands-on ICD-10 experience to review clinical documentation and codes. You will annotate and evaluate multilingual material, ensuring alignment between notes and codes, while raising gaps and providing actionable feedback.

Ideal candidates hold active industry certifications, work primarily as US-based remote consultants, and can commit to at least 10 hours weekly at a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Active certification in at least CCDS, CHC, CCS or CPC.
• Hands-on ICD-10 coding experience.
• US-based medical coding, CDI or related role.
• Advanced English (C1+) and at least one additional language (C1+).
• Familiarity with Epic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation for coding accuracy and completeness.
• Annotate documentation and provide structured feedback per guidelines.
• Evaluate documentation against ICD-10 codes and coding integrity.
• Assess multilingual clinical material and ensure interpretation accuracy.
