Job summary

The role supports independent dispute resolutions at Federal and State levels, including data abstraction and providing actionable feedback to hospitals on audit findings. A Bachelor's degree or licensure and 2+ years in ICD-10-CM/PCS coding are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in complex coding, quality assurance, or auditing with ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent licensure (RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC) required.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Experience in senior-level outpatient hospital coding and audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews and determinations for independent dispute resolutions at Federal and State levels.
• Perform compliance audits and data abstraction per protocols.
• Generate deliverables and provide audit feedback to hospitals.
