Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to lead M&A and SSO integration efforts, consolidate IdPs, and implement scalable IAM solutions across hybrid environments.

You will design authentication strategies, automate workflows, and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX while collaborating with Security, IT Ops, HR, and App Dev teams. The role emphasizes ownership, strong troubleshooting, and ongoing documentation to support secure access across Cardinal Health's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM technical workstreams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Consolidate disparate identity providers into a unified enterprise SSO platform.
• Design and execute cross-domain authentication and federation strategies for migrations.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable IAM solutions (SSO, LCM, IGA, PAM).
• Develop automated workflows and API-driven integrations for onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
• Implement IaC for IAM platform configuration.
• Design and enforce Enterprise SSO Security Policies including MFA and RBAC.
• Conduct access reviews and support audits to ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide Tier 3 support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IAM with business processes.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
