Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking an Access Ops Analyst within the Identity and Access Management Security Team to ensure secure, timely identity lifecycle management across our resources while balancing strong security with customer service.

You will deploy and support Microsoft Entra ID, AD, Azure, Exchange, MFA, and automation tools, collaborating with IT and business teams to deliver reliable access governance and risk management in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full identity lifecycle including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, AD, Azure and Exchange environments.
• Knowledge of BeyondTrust and privileged access management practices.
• Hands-on MFA configuration experience (YubiKey, Passkeys).
• Ability to investigate identity issues and reconcile lifecycle state discrepancies.
• Capable of processing high-volume access requests with compliance and audit trails.
• Excellent communication and customer service while upholding security standards.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Excel, and automation to improve operations.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs for IAM operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IAM/IT/security experience.

Responsibilities

• Identity Lifecycle Management: provision, modify, deprovision user access per IAM policies.
• Support Entra ID, AD, Azure, Exchange to maintain secure access.
• Configure and troubleshoot MFA methods including Passkeys and YubiKeys.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to respond to incidents and remediation.
• Partner with IAM professionals and cross-functional teams for ongoing tasks.
