Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. is seeking an Azure Identity & Access Management Analyst to help administer, secure, and improve our Microsoft identity ecosystem.

The role focuses on user access, authentication controls, enterprise apps, and governance for sensitive healthcare data. Responsibilities include enforcing least privilege, supporting Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO, and performing lifecycle management across identities and services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA and SSO configurations.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, and audit logging.
• Ability to troubleshoot access issues and document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and AD DS users, groups, roles and access.
• Support Conditional Access policies, MFA, passwordless auth, and self-service reset.
• Assist with RBAC, access reviews, and lifecycle management across subscriptions and apps.
• Monitor identity-related alerts and audit logs; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to improve identity governance.
• Maintain procedures and evidence for compliance activities.
