Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking an IAM Access Ops Analyst to manage end-to-end identity lifecycles, configure MFA, and support Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange environments. This role emphasizes security with strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work in a remote setting, with onboarding that includes Trailhead on-site quarterly at HQ. Bachelor’s degree in IAM or related field required; experience with Privileged Access Management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full identity lifecycle: provisioning, deprovisioning, access governance, birthright access, and compliance controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange environments.
• Knowledge of privileged access management and password vaulting.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting MFA (YubiKey, Passkeys).
• Ability to investigate identity/access issues and resolve lifecycle state discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle across IAM platforms.
• Support Entra ID, AD, Azure, Exchange to maintain secure access.
• Configure and troubleshoot MFA methods (Passkeys, YubiKey, FIDO2).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to respond to incidents and implement fixes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support IAM tasks.
