Job summary

Scalence is seeking an IAM Analyst to support identity provisioning, access management, and security operations in a healthcare environment. You will manage AD provisioning, RBAC, and Epic-related IAM tasks, with ServiceNow ticketing and CyberArk workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong AD, provisioning, SQL skills, and ServiceNow experience, capable of working independently within PST hours remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise identity management and AD provisioning.
• Hands-on provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes.
• Familiarity with security groups and RBAC concepts.
• Ability to modify and execute existing IAM queries and scripts.
• Experience with ServiceNow as a ticket fulfiller or administrator.

Responsibilities

• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes in AD and connected apps.
• Create and maintain AD groups, roles, and RBAC structures.
• Support AD integrations with ancillary systems; perform IAM provisioning tasks in Epic.
• Handle IAM tickets via ServiceNow from assignment to resolution.
• Use SQL queries for IAM reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Support authentication and privileged-access workflows (CyberArk).
• Collaborate with IAM leadership to mature identity-management programs.
• Demonstrate ownership, urgency, and follow-through in issue resolution.
