Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to lead identity and access management initiatives. You will configure SailPoint and Entra ID, develop automation, and apply AI-driven insights to improve governance and compliance across enterprise systems.

In this remote role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to implement secure access controls, enhance anomaly detection, and deliver actionable remediation plans using Azure and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related security field.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM solutions and access governance.
• Experience with automation, scripting, data analysis, reporting, or AI-assisted workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and optimize IAM solutions across enterprise systems.
• Develop automation for IAM processes including provisioning and reporting.
• Lead AI-enabled capabilities to assist IAM administration and anomaly detection.
• Build AI solutions using Azure, LangChain, and related tools to detect anomalies.
• Collaborate with AI COE and governance teams to improve IAM processes.
