- Proficiency with legal research tools and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of laws and regulations.
- Negotiate settlements and advise on potential legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for case management.
