Jobot is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate to join our remote team serving California clients. Ideal candidates have 5–15 years of civil/business litigation, with strong trial, deposition, and motion experience, and a proven ability to manage a caseload independently from a remote setting.

Formación

• 5–15 years of civil/business litigation experience.
• Significant trial, deposition, and motion practice experience.
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication, case management, and client interaction abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in California preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, and prepare witnesses.
• Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal documents.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide sound legal counsel to clients.
• Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and support staff to drive cases forward.
• Manage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
