Qualifications

• California Bar admission is required.
• Insurance defense background is required.
• Associate through senior associate levels welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Own a full civil defense docket from pre-suit through jury trial and appeal.
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and dispositive motions.
• Prepare written case evaluations and maintain direct carrier and London market client relationships.
• Shape practice area mix based on background and current docket to maximize strengths or expand into new areas.
