Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• CA Bar admission is required to practice in California.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with business law or insurance defense is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from filing to resolution.
• Prepare and argue motions; take and defend depositions.
• Participate in arbitration or trial proceedings when required.
• Collaborate with clients and other practice groups in a boutique firm setting.
