Alora Behavioral Health is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Corona, CA team in remote and hybrid capacities. The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA, supervision of technicians, and collaborative care with families, aiming to advance client progress and professional development.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification (BCBA-D welcome)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and treatment planning
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and clinical staff
• Solid clinical judgment, organizational skills, and ethical practice

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to technicians
• Mentor and support clinical team through coaching and feedback
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies
• Collaborate with families/caregivers on education and treatment planning
• Coordinate with clinical leadership for high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
