Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to own and grow a designated AZ/NV sales region. You will build and nurture distributor partnerships, contractors, and educators while driving product awareness and revenue growth.

This is a remote, field-based role with regular travel to visit distributors, contractors, and technical schools, supported by Fieldpiece resources. You’ll inherit a solid customer base, identify new opportunities, and train customers on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Experience in HVACR or related distributor networks
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Experience delivering product training and demonstrations
• Strong organizational, communication, and consultative selling skills
• CRM experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

Responsibilities

• Own the growth and success of your assigned sales territory.
• Build relationships with distributors, contractors, educators, and customers.
• Grow revenue by expanding existing business and developing new opportunities.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations, and sales support to drive engagement.
• Develop territory plans and execute strategies to grow market share.
• Manage your sales pipeline, activity, and territory performance using CRM tools.
