Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth across its HVACR portfolio, including electronics and compressors. This fully remote role requires the candidate to be based in or near Greater Kansas City, with expected travel within the territory of Western Missouri and Kansas.

A competitive base salary between $92,000 and $145,000 based on experience is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven success in developing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for wholesalers and contractors.
