JobSquad Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment from our Florida office. This on-site role leverages hands-on field knowledge in a technical support environment.

You will handle calls and chats, diagnose issues, read wiring diagrams, and guide technicians through repairs. Experience with inverter-driven systems, split systems, and heat pumps is highly preferred.

Formación

• At least 3+ years of hands-on HVAC technician/service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for HVAC equipment and systems. This is an office-based technical support position ideal for an experienced HVAC technician who wants to utilize their field knowledge in a technical support environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics. Experience with inverter-driven HVAC systems, split systems, and heat pumps is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC technician/service experience required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong understanding of electrical components, controls, and wiring
• Ability to confidently read and interpret HVAC schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience with split systems and heat pumps
• Inverter HVAC experience highly preferred; candidates with particularly strong electrical troubleshooting experience will also be considered
• Previous technical support or customer-facing HVAC experience is a plus
• Comfortable providing troubleshooting assistance over the phone
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working on-site in an office-based technical support environment
