Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to support the growth of our electronic HVAC and refrigeration business. This U.S.-based remote role is ideally located near a major airport.

The role provides field-based programming, installation, and training support for electronic products while coordinating technical matters with internal teams and external customers. Expect collaboration with sales, manufacturing, and engineering to ensure proper operation and customer

Qualifications

Minimum five years in commercial/retail refrigeration service/installation.
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
High technical aptitude in mechanical and chemical applications.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and training events.
Ability to read technical drawings and collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Program and start up HVAC/refrigeration and building automation controls.
Specify product for customer applications and coordinate with sales or reps.
Coordinate product returns for service or credit.
Assist customers with troubleshooting installed products.
Liaise with Service, Manufacturing, and Engineering on issues and new design input.
Support accounting on credit dispositions and assist Customer Service on technical matters.
Train new Territory Managers, Customer Service Reps, and Field Service staff.
