Job summary

Rheem is seeking a Field Technical Support Representative to deliver commercial and residential HVAC guidance to distributors and dealers in the U.S. Midwest and Central Canada. The role is field-based and requires proximity to a major U.S. airport with travel to customer sites.

The ideal candidate has an HVAC background, strong communication skills, and the ability to train customers and technicians on installation, operation, and service of Rheem products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC refrigeration cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-one escalation support and diagnostic guidance for HVAC and building control issues.
• Coach, mentor, and train customers and HVAC technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Conduct site visits to investigate product failures and assist in training for customers.
• Act as technical liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve field issues.
