Job summary

MEPPI's Service Center Division is seeking a Field Service Technician – HVAC to provide service support, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC products and electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites. You will perform installations, maintenance, testing, and on-call support to ensure reliable cooling systems.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in HVAC, Electrical, or related field, 2–5 years' experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems or equivalent experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service for IT Cooling products, including startup, preventative and remedial maintenance, field modifications, and testing.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration and electro-mechanical equipment using schematics, procedures, and test equipment.
• Perform repairs or replacements of equipment as necessary.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC electrical and control systems and engineering products.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of services provided.
