Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking an HVAC Technical Support professional in the United States (New Hampshire region) to provide troubleshooting, support, and documentation for HVAC systems. You will work with product management, quality, risk assessment, warranty, and returns teams while occasionally traveling for training or service support.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC technical support, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC technical support or related role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (Air-to-Air Heat Pumps, Water Source Heat Pumps, Geothermal work in residential/commercial).
• Excellent problem-solving, customer-oriented approach, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MAS500 or SM+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email to external customers and internal teams on HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Review technical materials for accuracy and develop training resources, including videos, for new product introductions.
• Represent Bosch in complaint resolution and conduct detailed root cause analyses.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage departmental emails.
• Travel domestically and internationally for training or service support as needed.
• Support peers by sharing expertise and assisting with their technical development.
• Offer after-hours support during critical rollouts or escalations as required.
• Work from office or home using company systems as directed.
