Maitz Home Services, a dynamic HVAC and Plumbing company in Allentown, PA, is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. You will schedule and dispatch technicians, optimize routes, and deliver exceptional customer service to our existing clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years office/customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred).
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Able to plan and schedule work rather than just react.
• Able to "think on your feet" to provide customers with needed information for installations or repairs.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn customer service management and scheduling / dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching HVAC service and plumbing technicians by reviewing and optimizing routes.
• Answering incoming phone calls from existing customers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Entering all ticket information in the computer accurately.
• Creating dispatch numbers for parts ordered and following up on part orders.
• Scheduling appointments for part installation.
