Job summary

Recruit CRM is seeking a Service Account Executive for a confidential client in California. You will manage a portfolio of commercial HVAC clients, drive growth by selling preventative maintenance, and pursue new business in a remote-capable role.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of HVAC sales experience, a hunter mentality, and strong relationship-building skills to deliver excellent service. This position supports remote work with collaboration across the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Experience selling preventative maintenance programs.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by selling preventative maintenance services within the assigned territory.
• Develop HVAC preventive maintenance proposals using company software.
• Support and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Communicate regularly with accounts, focusing on key accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team while driving to self-motivation.
• Attend weekly/monthly team meetings, virtually and in person.
• Minimum 5 years in the HVAC industry is required.
