Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Estimator/Sales Professional in HVAC or Plumbing related business.
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Ability to estimate mechanical projects with limited training.
• Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations and performance standards.
• Ability to work with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, estimate and sell HVAC Service Projects and Maintenance.
• Build relationships with a limited number of accounts as directed by sales/operations leadership.
